Jinhong Shukong Machinery Casting Co., Ltd. has two major production workshops, a casting workshop and a machining workshop, of which imported equipment accounts for more than 80%.
We can undertake the production of all large, medium and small parts, providing one-stop service from casting to processing.

Among them, the foundry workshop has more than 20 sets of production equipment, including: a resin sand production line, three 1T medium frequency induction furnaces, one 3T electric furnace, one 5T electric furnace, and 5 sets pf large hook-type shot blasting machines, 4 sets of bogie-hearth electrical resistance heat treatment furnaces, etc.

The machining workshop has more than 30 major processing equipment, such as Japan's Mazak 800 horizontal machining center, South Korea's Daewoo 630 horizontal machining center, Japan's IKEGAI130 CNC boring and milling machine, 2m*1.4m Taiwan's Welle gantry machining center, Japan's SNK- 4M pentahedral gantry machining center, Taiwan KALO Gaofeng vertical comprehensive machining center, etc.

In addition, there are nearly a hundred CNC machine tools and ordinary machine tools such as CNC lathes, milling machines, boring machines, grinders, drilling machines, and planers.

Quality Control

Jinhong has high-end testing equipment and complete quality testing methods to monitor the entire process from raw materials to finished products to ensure the continued stability of product quality.

The main inspection equipment includes CMM, metallographic microscope, universal testing machine, direct reading spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic particle detector, thickness gauge, etc.
