Jinhong has more than 200 sets of various production equipment, among which the foundry has more than 20 sets of various production equipment, including: one resin sand production line, three 1T medium frequency induction furnaces, one 3T electric furnace, one 5T electric furnace, five large hook-type shot blasting machines, four trolley box-type resistance heat treatment furnaces, etc. The machining workshop has dozens of main processing equipment, such as Japan Mazak 800 horizontal machining center, South Korea Daewoo 630 horizontal machining center, Ikegai 130 CNC boring and milling machine, Taiwan Welle Weili gantry machining center, Japan SNK-4M pentahedron gantry machining center, Taiwan KALO Gaofeng vertical comprehensive machining center, etc. In addition, there are more than 100 CNC machine tools and ordinary machine tools such as CNC lathes, milling machines, boring machines, grinders, drilling machines, planers, etc.
